Description
The ancient Frankish Warriors would form a rough line an arm’s throw from their foe and hurl light spears and axes before charging in for individual combat. This distinct axe is perfect for throwing with its solid steel head and hardwood shaft. The level of finish has also been left rough, as axe-throwing would be likely to quickly mar a finer finish. This axe is based on examples from the 5th century.
