This belt is embossed throughout with interlaced knot ornaments. Ornaments like this were popular in both Celtic culture and in the Viking Scandinavia. This belt has three semicircular metal rings for attaching accessories. Knives, bags and other important small accessories and weapons can be hung and carried easily on these metal loops.
This wide belt can be tightened at the waist with two 2.5 cm wide straps / belts that go around the entire waist and are closed at the front with brass buckles. These straps are sown into the wider belt, so they cannot be used for hanging accessories.
