Euran Luistari is one of the largest archaeologically studied places in Finland. Along with Eura’s ancient costume, it is especially known for the rich finds from the Viking Age, which include a lot of jewelry and several swords.
In this richly illustrated book, a group of researchers delve into Finland’s Bronze Age, ancient DNA research, Iron Age clothing and objects, as well as castle mountains and ancient languages. Modern world perspective is also presented and we have a look at historical reenactment, prehistoric travel, tattoos and cartoon art.
