Description
This simple extra long ring belt has an authentic brass buckle. The belt is handmade of sturdy cowhide. Belts were very popular in medieval times, and this ring belt has been reconstructed according to high-medieval finds. Although the original is from the medieval period, this plain and simple belt can be used as historically appropriate for many time periods. This belt has no belt holes, so it fits anyone, regardless of waist size. Instead of belt holes and buckles, these long belts were knotted over the buckle.
This very long belt is suitable for all sizes, but it can be easily shortened if needed. If the long belt feels way too long for a small person or on a child, you can just cut a piece off from the end using regular scissors, no special tools needed.
