Steel Wedge for Fixing Axe Heads

Description

A useful piece for shafting axe heads or hammers properly. Tightens and locks in your axe -or hammerhead- to your wooden shaft. The upper end of your shaft can be splinted or you can hammer the wedge in without splinting the head of the shaft beforehand.

This is a hand-forged product, each piece is unique and has slight variations in shape and surface finish.
