Viking Helmet

Description

This strong, accurate helmet is based on many illustrations as well as remaining fragments. Made of 1.24 mm (18gauge) steel plates riveted together. It includes the famous Viking “goggles”, the band of steel that protected the nose, eyes and upper cheek bones without interfering with breathing or visibility. It is an impressive helmet that conveys the warlike and fighting aspects of the warriors who used them all across the world, from Bagdad to Greenland, in voyages of trade, exploration, conquest and pillage. Adjustable with straps. Comes with a liner.
