Description
Rings like this were very popular in all the known viking settlements during the Viking Age. The design is similar to multiple ring finds throughout the Viking era. However, in contrast to the original rings, this replica is made of one piece of wire instead of the originals, which were made with two or more intertwining separate wires. This replica has also been slightly flattened from the inside to allow a more comfortable wearing experience.
The ring is open, similarly to most rings from the Viking Age. This opening allows the Viking finger ring to adapt to a ring diameter of 17 to 21 mm. The Viking chain ring is plated with real silver, and it can be worn as a perfect accessory for historical reenactment, LARP costumes or as everyday jewelry.
