Description
This distinctive finger ring is inspired by a historical find from the Viking Age, dating from the 9th to 11th century. The original ring comes from the Baltic States. The spiral is an ancient symbol of the cycles of life, spiritual growth and the universe. We cannot know for certain what the spiral has meant for the Viking Age person wearing the ring, but it is likely that it has had some symbolical significance.
The ring is open, similarly to most rings from the Viking Age and doesn’t form a solid ring. The open style allows the ring size to be adjusted slightly in size up and down. Sizes can be adapted to any ring diameter from 17 to 21 mm. This Baltic Viking spiral ring is made from high quality bronze and it can be worn as a perfect accessory for historical reenactment, LARP costumes or as everyday jewelry.
