Description

A griffin has the head, wings and front legs of an eagle, and the body, hind legs and tail of a lion. Griffins have been depicted for almost 4000 years, and they are often said to guard treasure. As the amalgamation of lion, the king of the animals, and of eagle, the king of the birds, the griffin symbolizes  strength and intelligence, courage and leadership. The griffins on this journal are depicted under a tree, and the embossing is colored yellow on a reddish background for a nice contrast.

This journal has thick embossed leather covers. Inside you can find approx. 240 empty handmade antiqued cotton paper pages waiting for your notes, drawings, spells, thoughts, travel plans, or whatever you fancy. You can use this book for example as a diary, for customer orders, drawings, as a gardeners notebook, travel book, guest book (also why not as a quest book) or as a book for your own family tree, recipe book and so on.
